The MysatGO app on Roku is not opening. It is the only app doing this, and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting solutions suggested by Roku. Please help with this.

If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the channel provider of these channel for further assistance.
Uninstall the app, do a system restart or unplug the Roku for 60 seconds and then reinstall the app and see if that helps.
