Likely just an issue with the channel/app. You should contact globaltv and let them know of the issues you are having. In the contact form, provide the model number of your Roku device as well.

Just an FYI, Haven is playing correctly on their website so you could always cast it to your Roku if you wanted to, or just launch on a laptop and plug the HDMI cable into the TV (bypassing Roku altogether).
