Hello,
I am an AV Integrator and while I've installed dozens of Roku Ultra's for customers I've never owned one myself and I've never really dug to deeply into how all of the menus and channel and app lists work. I recently bought a Roku Ultra 2024 for myself and have some questions based on my experience setting up and tailoring the menus to my liking.
I was able to successfully add, delete, and reorder the apps on the main HOME page however, when I go into the What To Watch page the apps listed are not in the same order as I have them on the HOME page. Is the What To Watch list supposed to follow changes made on the HOME page?
Also, the What To Watch list doesn't seem to reflect the app deletions I've made on the HOME page, the apps I've deleted are gone from the HOME page but persist in the What To Watch list.
Finally, unlike other comments I read, when I go into the What To Watch page I do see the Continue Watching, My Apps, and Saved lists right at the top of the page, then there is a bunch of other stuff listed below that. Wondering if these different experiences have to do with different hardware or firmware versions.
I appreciate your assistance.
Hi @AVSH,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for inquiring about the What To Watch list and app order on your Roku Ultra 2024. We would be more than willing to provide you with further details.
Please be aware that rearrangement of the order of apps displayed on your Roku Home screen will not impact your What To Watch list. The content in your What To Watch list will remain unchanged, regardless of how you organize your apps.
Thank you for your understanding.
Cheers,
Riamie
