I have 2 Roku streaming devices that go back to home screen when watching live TV after about 1 hour.
Model 3700x-ROKU EXPRESS, Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-28
and
Model 3710x-ROKU EXPRESS +, Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-28
software updates are current, Hulu app has been uninstalled-a restart on Roku device- and reinstalled
Hulu app, router has been shut down and restarted, Roku device power off and on, power to device
via usb power adapter, different usb power adapter and cables from a working Roku, 2 different TV's,
2 different wifi"s,
Hulu movies ,Disney+ and Newsmax work fine.
I have 2 other Roku-3900RW Roku Express Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-51
-3910RW Roku Express + Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-51
and a firestick that work fine.
Is the Software version 11.5.0 Build 4312-28 bad?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? When you see this issue occur, were you doing anything with the Roku device or remote leading up to this event? Does this issue only occur on Live TV content or does it happen across other content within Hulu as well? In addition, can you please provide a tracker ID when this issue occurs (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)?

This happens under Hulu Tv and yesterday I was watching(testing) Hulu Movie and it jumped back to the Home screen. Remote was on the table and not touching it.
