I have figured out my issue with this. The issue I had was 100% related to my Business Class Firewall. I had to turn off some IDS settings to get it to pass the data that HBO is sending and receiving. Once i did that I have not had another issue at all. I would dumb down your firewall/router gateway and work your way back to secure it back up making note as to what your device needed turned off. Then see if your device MFG and patch it to fix this issue. Hope this helps.
