How can I get to a channel number in the 500s without scrolling through every single channel? Also, when returning to a lower number, it continues to scroll and won’t stop. I have unplugged and started again, but problem still remains.

I think the usual suggestion for Spectrum is to use the Favorites feature in the app.  The scrolling too far issue is something that affects multiple apps recently and they are investigating. I saw it once in Pluto (an app I don’t normally use), but once it started in Pluto, it then happened in other apps.  A reboot fixed it for me, but I haven’t gone back into Pluto to test whether I can reliably bring it back and make it go away again.
