Spectrum app has distorted/crackling audio on HBO2

I am experiencing distorted crackling audio on HBO2 (Channel 512) on my Spectrum TV app on Roku.  It's happening on both my Roku premiere (3920 Series) streaming device and my Philips Roku TV.  The audio is sounding crackly.  This issue is not happening on any other Spectrum app on my PC or phone. 

I've done absolutely everything to solve the problem, I've restarted my Roku, updated my Roku, uninstalled and reinstalled the Spectrum app.  In addition I've rebooted my cable modem and wireless router twice. I just had a Spectrum technician leave my home 10 minutes ago (with no solution) and he is now going to email his supervisor about the problem.  The problem continues on both TV's with Roku, with no other channel having the issue.

For reference, the Spectrum app I am using is Version 14.5.0, build date: 04.02.2020.

Is anyone else having this problem?  I'm in the northeast United States.

That happens to me sometimes. I rewind for a couple of seconds and play again. It’s worked for me

ToniB4, this is not a solution for me as it happens on live HBO2 programming (on that single channel - no others) on two different Roku devices.
