May we first know if this happens after you access the Crunchyroll app? If so, is this the only app affected by this?
In the meantime, we suggest trying to check for the latest software updates on your player by navigating to your Home screen. Select Settings > System > System update > Check now. After doing so, update the Crunchyroll app by highlighting it and pressing the star * button on your remote.
