Rugby Network Channel Playback Problems

When I try to open the Rugby Network channel, the channel closes back to Roku home screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the channel, and disconnected my Roku device from my TV but still have the problem. How do I fix this so I can watch this channel?

We see that you're having an app playback issue with the Rugby Network Channel, and we'd like to assist you with this. Have you tried restarting your router/modem or connecting to an alternative network such as a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to see any improvements?
