After subscribing to Fox Nation on 11/21/2024, I added the channel to my Roku TV. The "tile" showed up on my Roku home screen. The first time I clicked it, I was asked to sign into my Fox Nation account, which I did. The channel came up with all the headings (Home, Browse, Watchlist, etc.).
However, none of the "boxes" that should have a picture and name of the show have anything in them. They are just blank, grey boxes. I can click on any of the boxes, and content plays, but we have no way of knowing what they are before clicking on them.
Yesterday, I thought maybe there was a technical issue with the site, but it's still basically "blank" today. I can go directly to Fox Nation on my computer, and it's perfectly fine. We need to watch it on our Roku TV.
All of our other streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) are working as they should. Any suggestions about how to fix this problem?

I have the same problem. I paid for my new subscription today, it seemed okay for an hour or 2. I watched 1 movie and then everything on screen changed. There are so many blank boxes to select but no idea what they are. Did anyone help solve this yet?
