Episode 9 season 3 of The Sister Boniface Mysteries on The Roku Channel- britBox has no sound

I have restarted my roku, waited to watch another day, and still it has no sound. This is incredibly frustrating as I pay for that channel. I have also had the closed captions be out of sync on other shows. It is absolutely ridiculous to have so many issues with a service I pay you for each month.

Having the same problem, 3 Roku units same results, S3 E9 Sister Boniface Mysteries No Sound.
