- Are you being prompted with an error message or code?
- How far is your Roku device from your network router?
- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
- Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your Roku device to your hotspot?
