Re: My television provider not listed when I try to access a channel requiring a subscription

I am trying to get Bally sports on my roku TV and use Viasat satellite for wifi and internet. I have tried login using my roku user and password but I have since changed my email address and it will not recognized the new info. Any suggestions appreciated

We hear your concern regarding the log-in issues you have encountered. We recommend following these steps to solve the issue. 

  1. Remove the channel from the Roku device.
  2. Restart the Roku device from Settings > System > System Restart.
  3. Add the channel back.

Also, we recommend ensuring that you have provided the correct credentials when you log in.
