Channel login info change

I subscribed to Disney+ and Hulu individually for a long time, then Verizon gave us the Disney/Hulu/ESPN bundle for free. I set up the bundle, and now I can't change the login information in the Disney+ app.  I deleted the app and re-booted the system to no avail.  The app is still asking for my old login info. When I go to the Disney+ account on the desktop now, it only accepts my new login info via Verizon.  So frustrating!!  Anyone have suggestions??

On the problem set:

  • Load the Disney+ app, and select a profile if necessary.
  • Press cursor-left (multiple times if necessary) to reveal the left side menu.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Logout.
  • Click on LOG IN and log back in using your new Disney credentials.
