Discovery Go apps not working

All Discovery apps like; food go, hgtv go discovery go all crash 3 different Roku appliances. All have up to date software have removed and reinstalled apps. Hard reboot, check. The apps begin to load, screen freezes then the Roku box reboots itself!

We understand that you're having problems with several apps or channels on Roku since it will load, freeze, and reboot itself. Help is here. We would be more than happy to look further into this issue but will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • Are you being prompted with an error message or code?
  • How far is your Roku device from your network router?
  • Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
  • Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
  • Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your Roku device to your hotspot?

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.
