Are you joking? You don’t know about this? It happens daily and randomly often while watching something on another channel. I don’t even have discovery plus as an app! My new Roku device absolutely sucks, they only think I can say is it buffers less than my old device. But this bug still exists and Roku has done squat about it
I just renewed my discovery+ subscription neither one of my Roku TVs one is a TCL knows that I renewed the prescription and the discovery+ app does not know I renewed the subscription. All my safe stuff is gone. The whole channel is messed up you cannot uninstall it and reinstall it I need you to fix it plus they’re charging more a dollar a month. I expect to see what I pay, for I am managing it, my payments through RokuIt’s discovery+

In certain situations, restarting your Roku device can be an effective way to resolve the issue. For additional troubleshooting tips, feel free to check out our support article Issues playing content on your Roku device.
In addition, double-check your subscription credentials to make sure they’re correct! You can do this easily on your Roku device by heading to Home > Settings > System > About.
