I have a 40" Westinghouse TV, use Spectrum App to stream all my television programs. I able to go to other apps and my internet is strong. But I have called Spectrum and Westinghouse about this problem, yet they have referred me to Roku to try and fix this problem. I get this message while watching any channel and the television will shut down anytime during the day and night. I am at the point of just leaving it off and learn how to another device to get my information.
Spectrum is blowing you off. It's their app and their error message. People can sometimes fix issues with Spectrum's junk by rebooting everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku device. For the TV, make sure you perform a "System restart" located under Settings->System->Power and don't simply just turn the TV off and on.

I’m having the same problem Spectrum tells me it’s Roku ‘s issue but I haven’t been able to get a response from Roku at all
I tried this and it workedBut I’m canceling Spectrum their streaming system sucks .
