If you are experiencing an issue with a channel, have you made sure to remove the channel, restart the Roku device, then add the channel back again to ensure a clean install?

I've done this several times and Crave still doesn't work.

We recommend contacting Crave TV directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues and functionality inquiries. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

CRAVE is not visible on my Roku screen. Have a Roku remote device which has a dedicated CRAVE button on it, yet I cannot bring up a CRAVE screen, nor can I find the CRAVE app in the Roku device store.
@haroldro, where are you located? Crave is available in Canada. If your Roku account isn't associated with Canada then you won't find it in the Channel Store. If you have another Roku device where Crave is available is it linked to the same Roku account? Check the email address that's displayed on each device under Settings->System->About.
Maybe I should have separate accounts for each Roku device, one of which is in the U.S. at my summer place, and the other which is Canada at my principal residence.
The Canadian Roku device was bought in Canada and has a CRAVE shortcut button on the remote control.
