The Crave app will not work on my Hisense Roku tv.
it previously worked fine.
when loading it it very quickly flashes that I am signed out then the app crashes and the screen goes blank.
I have done a factory reset & I have removed & reinstalled the app. It doesn’t help.
any suggestions?
Hi @martinc68,
Welcome to Roku Community.
If you have followed the recommendations provided, yet you are still unable to play videos from a single channel, and videos from other channels play normally, it is recommended to reach out to the customer support team of the channel provider for further assistance. Please note that channels on Roku are managed by their respective channel developers. Hence, the issue could be specific to that channel and would require an update from the channel developer to resolve it.

You should’ve done Settings>System>Power (skip to next step if not applicable)>System Restart after you removed the app and before you reinstalled the app. It is always 1, 2 and 3. 2, 1, and 3, 1, 3 and 2, and 1 and 3 are not the same orders. ~ Jordan
I have the exact same problem, except with a Roku Express. Have removed the channel, restarted, and then added the channel a few times. It did not work. Yes, did the steps in the correct order.
Hi @StevenDukeshire,
Thanks for reaching out regarding the issue you are experiencing.
Does the issue only occur to Crave channel or all channels on your Roku device? Could you tell us what happen when you tried to launch the channel? Do you receive an error message or code?
Keep us posted with the details.

Tried removing, restarting and addind the channel but we cannot login to Crave. All others apps are working except Crave. I can use my account and password on my laptop and they work. Why is it not working on my Roku TV?

I had the same problem. I went through all the steps of deleting the app restarting reinstalling blah blah blah.
nothing worked.
Then when scrolling through settings in the Roku I found one called “bandwidth saver” under network settings.
I turned that off and now everything works perfect. I didn’t even have to sign back in.
