Color picture has turned to a Black and white picture

Beginning of the day picture is in color. Later it fades from color to black and white. Picture is clear, sound is fine. Just started doing this a few days ago. Device I think is a premier and is about2-3 years old. Have not touched any settings on the Tv. Did a factory reset. Didn’t fix it. Could the device have gone bad?

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having a problem with your Roku. Help is here. Please follow these steps:

  • Unplug both ends of the HDMI cable and plug them back in, making sure they are firmly seated.
  • Try plugging your Roku into a different HDMI port if your TV has more than one.
  • Try a different HDMI cable.
