Charges for cancelled subscriptions

Jump to solution

I canceled FuboTV before the 7 day free trail had ended, and I should not be charged for it.  My account shows the subscription ended on 10-14-24, yet there is a new monthly charge on my Discover card.

Please fix this and remove that charge.  I do not want Fubo TV.  Dixie Conner

Are you kidding me - that link takes me back to the website with zero ways to contact a person in support.  I'll just tell my credit card company to block the payment.  Roku customer service is terrible.  There is no way to contact any person.  Awful.

@dconner1 When I click on that link and find a subscription I had with Roku and click support options I am give a phone number to call.  If your Fubo subscription is not listed it is likely the subscription is not through Roku and therefore Roku can not help you.

Re: Charges for cancelled subscriptions

I still have charges for subscriptions I have cancelled and also a couple I DID'NT EVEN ORDER! I called customer service who said I would be refunded but they only refunded 1 month for each of 3 subscriptions. I just had a check bounce because I assumed I was refunded all the months these subscriptions were coming out of my checking which would have totaled nearly $200 not the nearly $40 I was given. I am going to talk to someone about this, I can't afford this!!  I cancelled cable due to the high cost.

Thank you for the charges you applied to my account without my consent and thanks for not cancelling the subscription I did order and then cancelled in May (Oddly, that's when the other subscriptions appeared) OH and thanks for the bank fees I incurred because you thought it was fair to give me back only 1 month of charges for the cancelled and added subscriptions and finally thank you for the newest charge on 11/4/24!

I am so angry, you can not steal from people like that, I am a senior who lives alone and I can't afford this. I will be talking to someone else about this to see what I can do.

Hi, @singn63.

We suggest adding a PIN to your account to avoid any unrecognized charges.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Under Device settings, select PIN/Parental controls
  3. To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
