Paid for a subscription, my money came out but Peacock is still locked and not recognizing payment

I paid for my peacock subscription my cash app was deducted but my peacock never got unlocked but whenever I clicked on it payment plans and try to buy it again it says I've already paid

I am having this same issue. I wish someone would give us a resolution.

We'd like to know more about having an issue accessing your subscription.

Where are you trying to access your subscription? Is it via the Roku channel or through a standalone app?

Please be advised that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription are managed directly with your channel provider.
