I'm having the same problem when my ultra went from 13 to 13.1.4.  I tried moving it to wired and it didn't help.  If I go to the individual channels and try to update, they say it is up to date.  The roku channel is 9.3 and it doesn't work.

Since you've experienced this after the software update, could you please confirm if this is the only channel you are having this issue with? If not, kindly specify the channels affected.

MAX, Paramount, History Vault, Hallmark Movies, far as I know

Roku device IS NOT updating the TV everywhere channel after I've signed in with my provider after update 13.1.4

Thanks for letting us know. In this case, we would be happy to include your devices in the process of investigation to determine the cause and find you the best resolution possible. 

Kindly provide us with additional information such as follows:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
