Not understanding why I can't get agent support for my Rokus. I have three.
Question is: Why aren't captions working on Paramount? They work on my Android phone.

Firstly, how are you accessing the Paramount Plus app? Is it via The Roku Channel or directly from the standalone app?
Closed captions are not visible until activated. For some service providers, closed captions are activated from within the channel. The closed captioning settings available on your Roku® streaming device do not affect the content from these service providers.
For many channels, closed captions can be activated from the settings of your Roku device.

If closed captioning has already been enabled in your Roku settings and you still can't see it on Paramount Plus, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly for further assistance. The channel provider manages their own channel on the Roku platform independently.

What do you mean by standalone app?

Thanks for responding, The Standalone app refers to accessing Paramount Plus directly from the app on your Home screen, not inside The Roku Channel.
