Problem with remembering last episode
I returned from vacation and find that the episodes of several programs are no longer remembered. The channel now points to the first season/ first episode.
When the Roku folks make changes, shouldn't they check to see what problems they may have created with the change?
This is the second time in the last three months that something similar has happened. The last time involved all the "favorites" being "lost."

Re: Problem with remembering last episode
Hi, @tfw1!
Thanks for letting us know about the issues you've encountered on your Roku device. Rest assured that we will help you determine the cause and find you the best resolution.
Have you tried looking for your favorite shows under the category of What to Watch > Continue Watching? This will preserve the series you've streamed and where are you currently on.
Additionally, we have two options for saving lists and favorites.
- Save List: Once you save your first movie or TV show, a new Save List row will appear within What to Watch, giving you a convenient way to access saved entertainment and to add or remove titles in your list
- Favorite List: To set a channel as a favorite, open the Channel options menu and select Favorite channel. You can repeat this for each channel you want to favorite or use the following steps to favorite multiple channels at once. This only works on/inside the Live TV guide.
We hope you find this information helpful.
Best regards,
Carly
