CP24’s website says: “Access to CP24 content is supported on iPhone, iPad, Android and web-connected desktop and laptop computers. The service is currently not available on BlackBerry.” No mention, or Roku, or many other common streaming platforms. They also say: “A subscription to the channel from a television service provider is required to view its content. You can order home television services from any service provider that enables access to CP24 content.” So, I would suggest you contact them to let them know you want a Roku app, and until they create one (if ever) you continue watching through your current service provider.
This is all from:

Which also has a Contact Us form.
I wouldn’t expect too much from them. Their website talks of blackberry, Internet Explorer, they recommend that you have the latest version of Flash installed. I can understand where it is hard for a small content provider to keep up with all these new platforms and ever-changing standards.
Banned but back. Because why not?
