Why i can’t download Stan app in my Roku device I checked in the web supposedly it is possible but check doesn’t find It someone knows any solution please let me know

I don't see ROKU.

If you're in Australia and you can't find it when you search "Streaming Channels" on your device and you can't add it from that link above, your Roku account must not be associated with Australia.
