I have added TheNetwork channel to my device. I try to create the new account - by entering email, password (twice) and accepting terms of service - then select Continue, but nothing happens. It’s like it’s frozen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times but the same thing happens each time. No other problems with my device.
It was a bit confusing, but it did allow me to create an account just now.
I basically just kept hitting the "create account" button a few times on the "Sign-In" screen until a screen appeared that was titled "Create account" and had fields for email, password, and verify password.
Looks like they also want a first name/username that will come up after confirming the password.
If you are going to be using the same email address for The Network as your Roku account, at least make sure the password is different. (You should always use different passwords with these services just in case one gets compromised).

FYI, whenever you delete a channel/app in order to reinstall, make sure to perform a system restart in between in order to clear the cache. The order is Remove, Restart, Reinstall.
