I want the RT News app back on Roku and available to watch again. Who are you to decide what I can watch or what I can't?!! This is censorship! Put the **bleep** app back on your platform for download.

You can either install Rumble channel/app to your Roku device and watch RT News that way ( https://channelstore.roku.com/details/9d7828c984f24d379ee54f2f2028361f/rumble) or you can cast RT News from RT News website through the Roku device to your TV. (https://www.rt.com/on-air/).

Although the RT channel was deplatformed, you can watch RT News channel on Roku by downloading the Stream UNO channel on Roku.  Bring up the Stream UNO channel and in the search field type in "RT".  That will take you to the RT english channel.  On subsequent visits to Stream UNO your last search (i.e. RT) will be shown, so you can click on it without having to enter anything.   This blatant attempt at censorship is disgusting.  RT is of course presenting news from the Russian perspective, but it has plenty of left-wing programs that question the current paradigm (economic and social) in western countries, which claim to promote "freedom" but do anything but.

No, it's not censorship. Roku is a private company, and they have very strict rules about the content they will allow on their platform. If a company violates those rules, the channel is pulled. You will find rules just as strict in the Apple iTunes store or Google Play store. The only difference is with Android devices there are ways to side load non-approved apps. You can't do that with Apple or Roku devices. 

While we have no idea why RT was removed (did Roku do it or did the provider pull it?), it is well within Roku's rights to remove a channel without notice or warning. If you read the end user license it's all covered in there.

As of 10-11-2023, I no longer see RT on the Stream Uno app.

Agree. It’s Ironic that The Western officials Cry “Propaganda” when Refering to R.T.  as it’s Far more Truth based than Anything the west has to offer. I Guess Telling any truth is Damaging to the U.N,Agenda/Liberal/DNC/Globalist narrative.  AlJazz is Insidious, bbc is a joke and cnn,msnbc,etc is Cia/Brussels/Socialist propaganda.. SkyNews/Newsmax are about the closest we have to Somewhat decent/Truthful news and RT is needed back for some balance.. I for one am so sick of The illegitimate, unelected Federal and Globalist Liberal/Socialist Governments and Corrupted Officials working with Corporations to assault the People (Literally Fascism defined!).

The “Rules” are there in order to B.S. people like You. You can Play coy all you want but This is Censorship and Roku sucks because of it. They take advantage of people like me With 6 of them in use.. it angers me and Many other people in the same boat. All Channels should be used and we should pick individually. Apple is Just as Disgusting, so…etc..
