I have an app called IP camera viewer pro that runs on Roku. The app allows you to back up all its files from a PC. For some reason, mine fails every time you attempt the backup. Does anyone have any ideas? I was told to put a link to @ioan

it starts to back up and does just a couple of kilobytes and then stops.
