I have a Roku Tv. The pairing option used to come up on the screen , now it doesn’t. It was easy to pair my Bluetooth speaker , and my speaker make, would come up on the screen as being recognized. Now the only option I have is for remotes and speakers, with no Bluetooth pairing option anymore. The speaker option is not for pairing my Bluetooth. So why has the Bluetooth Pairing option disappeared?

Hi John, this is what used to come up under devices. Now all that is available is remote and speaker. The Bluetooth Device option is missing and is what is required to pair my speaker. Like I said, the option was there before , I could connect my Bluetooth speaker and get great sound, but now that option is gone. I did a factory reset , and a system restart , unplugged both devices and powered them up again, but still no Bluetooth Device option on the menu. Any other ideas?
Thanks, Kelly

Thanks for clarifying, @KPR1000.
May we know when did you start seeing the issue? Would a system restart help? (Go to Settings > System > System Restart) Also, if you happen to have another Roku device, does the same issue occur? Lastly, may we know the device's running OS? (Go to Settings > System > About).
We'll appreciate your response regarding this matter.
