Hi @Nolagem072,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand you have an inquiry about removing a channel since you can't get past the blue screen. We'd like to learn more about your problem and see how we can help.

May we know:

  • What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV—specify TV)
  • When did the issue start?
  • Does the issue occur only on a specific channel while streaming or throughout the Roku platform?
  • Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

In regards to how to remove a channel on your Roku device, follow these steps in order:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel.'
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>Power>System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

Please keep us posted regarding the behavior you are experiencing, and we will be more than happy to continue assisting you further.

All the best,
Chel
