I see this has been happening for weeks but just tonight, I try to launch YouTube from Roku and the screen just freezes on the YouTube logo. I can't get it to get past this frozen state.

What is the latest system update I need? As that did not work, nor removing and adding YouTube again.

The current Roku software version as of 2/25/2025 is OS version 14.1. You can check this on Settings > System > About.
Additionally, have you performed the troubleshooting steps suggested by @RokuJharra-Q? If so, have you noticed any improvements?
