Australia- watch tv using antenna sometimes for channels that are not in Roku

Jump to solution

We just bought a Roku TV and when we first set it up using the antenna I could get SBS, but once I made an account and it's on wi fi I can't find it anywhere.

Seems it is not supported in Australia, can I watch via the antenna sometimes and then the internet others? Can I log out of Roku cause I can't find how to.

Thanks for your time

Hi @Tempes,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for letting us know that your Roku is not getting the antenna channels on your Roku TV after you activated it and linked it to your Roku account. Don't worry, help is here.

Since your antenna is already connected to your Roku TV, we recommend you try the following:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Use the directional pad to select Live TV
  3. Follow the instructions on the TV screen to complete the setup. It is normal for the initial channel scan to take a while.

If Live TV is missing, you can add it as an input by navigating to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input.

For reference, please visit our Roku support article: How to set up and watch cable or satellite TV on your Roku TV system

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks,
Riamie
