OK, both of those Roku players are supported. I can't speak to the TVs, but I believe they are as well. The next question is where are you? Apple+ isn't available on Roku devices everywhere.

@Jaxco Thanks for reaching out. If you're running into an issue logging into the Apple TV channel, we'd recommend contacting Apple TV support for more help. You can reach them here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232#us-ca or visit their help center here: https://getsupport.apple.com/

Thanks,

Tanner

I have no trouble getting my other apps to work on my roku.  I only have trouble with apple + aka apple plus aka apple tv.  When I try to reach apple they say it's a roku issue, yet they have no trouble taking my money out of my account for the addons I bought with apple for example Stars and HBO.  I rarely can watch these.  I had to purchase them again through the HBO Now app and the Stars app.  I can't even get them to stop taking my money out of my account.

I don’t know if anyone needs this but watch this video to fix both issues.

I kept getting pissed off and it’s not an Apple problem. It’s Roku and their system. You need to reset the Tv’s cache and it’ll work perfect after. Worked on both my Roku tv’s after.

You just need to clear the cache on your Roku devices. Look it up on YouTube or the internet.

WRONG, In fact, you could not possibly be more wrong than you are.  I have done all of these garbage suggestions correctly and repeatedly.  I have cleared cache, removed and reinstalled, checked account settings, etc.  There is clearly a problem with the app.

I have a TCL tv and no SD card, and have tried resetting the app, uinstalling and reinstalling the app and I still get the verification error when I try to sign in on mobile and if I sign in on my tv, it stays on the signing in spinning wheel. My tv software and app are up to date as well. Has there been any other solutions since this? Very frustrating.

I gave up on a solution and replaced my Roku devices with a FireStick 4K and have not looked back.  Done with Roku!
