I spent about 1-2 hours with Apple Support on this. What I discovered is that my content filtering settings on my router were causing the issue.

I am also having the same issue
Not working on either of my Roku Sticks
Model - 3810
serial number - YH00GC547711
SW - 11.5.0 Build 4312-50 (checked for updates, says that we are up to date)
Device ID - 21307G547711
not sure what is happening, please advise
So I have a router (eero) that allows me to control content by device. I set controls that I wouldn’t think would be used by my Roku for streaming. While I had no issues for any of the other apps on the Roku, the AppleTV app had this issue. This was found after working with Apple tech support.
