I have prime on my roku devices my TV inbuilt and on a free sat box. The apps work perfectly on the TV and freesat box but the app on my roku keeps playing a stream at varying bit rates making it unwatchable at times. My broadband signal is excellent this is a roku problem.

Re: Amazon prime low stream quality keeps dropping down bit rate
I have Amazon prime on my freesat box and in my smart TV both those apps work fine. But the prime app on my roku box keeps dropping the bit rate spoiling my viewing. I have restarted both boxes and updated them etc. My broadband connection is excellent and as I said the picture quality on the prime apps on my other devices work fine.
