Screensaver changes based on what I'm watching (ex. YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime)

I'm trying to have the Aquatic screensaver come on each time.  However, the Aquatic screensaver only comes on when I pause YouTubeTV.  When watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu the Roku Rain screensaver always comes on.  What is going on here?  I have the Aquatic screensaver set in settings, but it only works when watching YouTubeTV.  I am using the Roku Ultra (2024 version) on a Samsung OLED Smart TV.

I'm surprised you ever get the Aquatic screensaver when you pause a video.  In general, you'll get the "low resource" screensaver which is usually "Logo Rain". That's just the way it works.  There's nothing you can do about it.
