no notification with my camera

I am not able to get notification when someone appears in my camera. I have everything turned on as far as I know.

We acknowledge your concern about the notifications on your Roku camera since you cannot get one. We're happy to help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Confirm the Roku Smart Home app and doorbell firmware are up to date.
  2. Confirm Push notifications are ON. ( Account> Notifications> Push Notifications)
  3. Confirm that the Roku Smart Home app allows users to send notifications to their devices.
  4. Confirm detects motion and detects sound is turned ON in the Events Recording setting.
  5. Confirm there are no event recording schedules.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
