no it hasn't been resolved. there is a new update but i dont see any changes. its unfortunate that we have to rely on cloud service that is always experiencing issues. wish they would allow us to remotely collect events and recordings from our SD cards. it would solve many issues. i have my cameras recording continuously but in order to retrieve the recordings i have to physically access the SD card. this has always been a major flaw being forced to use an unreliable cloud service. i believe it's where most, if not all,the issues stem from. good luck

After the latest firmware update 3.0.2.7095 the cameras no longer record events of any type, tried power cycling, reset cameras and all settings still no luck, worked fine before this firmware update, garbage firmware update!!!!
I completely deleted the app and redownloaded it. You have to reset the event recording settings, but now mine is working. Hopefully this will help you as well.
