We appreciate you contacting us regarding the return of your floodlight camera. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help you through the return process. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Smart Home device is bought from roku.com 

With any product purchased from the Roku website (www.roku.com), Roku offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee from the date the order ships and the payment method is charged. That means, if for any reason, the customer wishes to return a Roku device purchased directly from the Roku website within thirty (30) days from the date the order ships, we will refund the purchase price of the Roku device and accessories.

Roku.com refunds will be processed and credited back to the method of payment (MOP) used on the original order when the devices are received at the warehouse. Note that this can take 7-10 business days.

Smart Home device bought from Wal-Mart store or Walmart.com

The return policy for Roku Smart Home devices purchased from Walmart either in-store or online is 30 days from the time of purchase for either a full refund or exchange.

From Walmart.com return page 

To exchange or return an item, here’s what you need to know: Unless noted in our exceptions, you have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return an item. You can return items in-store, for free by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your in-store receipt, Walmart.com, or Walmart Business order number, and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment.

    • Save time by starting your return in the Walmart App or Walmart.com or at Business.Walmart.com. No Walmart.com account? Start here: Walmart.com/Returns
    • Return items in-store or curbside, for free by mail or schedule a pickup with FedEx. Walmart+ members have additional home pickup options as part of their membership.
    • No receipt? We can look up store purchases with a debit/credit card or online orders with a phone number or email.

This policy applies to returns of products purchased in Walmart U.S. stores, Walmart.com, Walmart Business, or from Marketplace sellers on Walmart.com."
