Unless you pay for the monthly cloud service, you can not access recordings on your phone app. You must install SD cards, and then download to a computer to see recordings on the card. Only still shots can be viewed from the phone app on SD card. This is a big negative to the ROKU camera system. I did not know this and ROKU does not put this issue out there to find real easy. Had I known this, I would have not bought 3 cameras.
