I believe the smart home app on my Samsung Galaxy A23 5G was last updated on 9/27/24. This is around the date in which the app stopped working correctly. My Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is running Android version 14. I tried the app on a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, version 13, and the smart home app works correctly...the video player plays recorded video, with no error code 09.
Also, the Smart Home app version I am running is 3.0.4.341
