After waiting forever for customer service to find a solution, I found one that works for me. I have been having the same issue with my cameras not reading the QR code during setup.. finally when I got to the scan qr code .. I snapped a picture of it cropped it and used that picture to scan the QR code,, then went back to the setup and checked the box..it finally connected all 4 of my cameras!! Maybe it will work for yall too!!
