Hi @SGifts22,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We would be more than willing to assist you with your concern about your Roku Floodlight Camera SE.

Let's see if this will work for you. Kindly follow the troubleshooting process below.

Factory reset your Roku Floodlight Camera SE:
IMPORTANT: If a micro SD card is installed in your camera, remove it before performing a factory reset.

  1. Plug in your camera if not already powered on
  2. Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
  3. Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart

After a successful reset, you will see the status light on your camera flashing red.

Connect your floodlight camera to the Roku Smart Home app:

  1. Add your floodlight
    • Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar and select Add device
    • Select Cameras & doorbells and choose Floodlight Camera
    • Follow the steps in the app to install and mount your floodlight. For help with installation and mounting, reach out to a licensed electrician and refer to the mounting tips for Roku Smart Home cameras.
    • Once your floodlight is powered, it will stay on for 30 seconds and the camera will begin flashing red
  2. Add your camera
    • Lift your camera from the motion sensor and press the SETUP button on the camera
    • Listen for "Ready to connect". When you hear the phrase, check the box and tap Next
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi
  4. Scan QR code
    • Hold the QR code on your phone about 5 inches from the camera and listen for "QR code scanned. Please wait.". When you hear the phrase, check the box and tap Next.
    • Learn what to try if your camera cannot scan the QR code
  5. Finish setup
    • After you hear “Setup completed”, the status light turns solid blue and your camera is ready to use
    • Name your floodlight camera and press Finish

SAME EXACT ISSUE!

I was even sent a replacement.... it's not the device. It's their stupid app. I have also wasted countless hours of my life. The adjustability options were removed after one of their stupid app updates, on both iPhone and Android apps. Its been like this for OVER A YEAR for me.  I feel your pain.

I NEVER BUY ROKU ANYTHING ANYMORE BC OF THIS ISSUE.

I NEVER RECOMMEND ROKU PRODUCTS ANYMORE BC OF THIS ISSUE.

ROKU. WAKE UP AND FIX YOUR APP.

I have the same problem and I’ve never been given a solution to fix and the support for this company is useless. I wish I never spent the money on and spent more money with Ring. It would have been worth it to not constantly have problems
