We understand that you're having a problem with your Roku camera. We're happy to help. Did you try to factory reset the Roku camera? If not, please follow the steps below:
- Delete the camera from the main home page of the Roku Smart Home App. This step is optional. If not deleted and set back up on the same account, the previous settings will be retained.
- Hold the setup button on the camera for 15–20 seconds until the light blinks.
- Wait at least 30 seconds for the unit to initialize.
- This process can take up to 5 minutes. It's rare, but it's possible.
- The LED status light on the device will change from solid red to flashing red.
