Good Afternoon,
My wireless doorbell does not stay connected in the Smart Home App.
It works intermittently. I have a subscription for 3 cameras and I get great service with my outdoor cameras.
Why is this happening? Is there a fix for this doorbell. I have all Roku devices in my home that all work fantastic! The doorbell is the only one that has problems.
Help, Chantay

What if I already uninstall and instal and still not connecting , every time ask for an update and the on the step 3 to connecting with the doorbell comes an error code:IV22-20005
I get the same error code and have not found anywhere to troubleshoot the 20005 error code. I have uninstalled, deleted, factory reset, and NOTHING.
