Hello!!! Please need assistance trying to set up… was at power the chime and it should say ready to connect… it did that but in roku app I can’t press next to continue the process … is their a real person I can talk to or I will have to send back /refund! Thank you for your assistance!

We understand that you are having trouble setting up your Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell because you are unable to press the next button on the Roku Smart Home app to proceed with the process. We're here to assist you with this.
Let's see if this will work for you.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app
- Ensure the Roku Smart Home app is running the latest version.
• iOS: visit the online App Store and download the latest version
• Android: visit the online Google Play store and download the latest version - Download the Roku Smart Home app on another device and log in with your Roku account.
After that setup again the Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell.
