Roku outdoor camera is not recording, but it takes photos
I'm having the same issue. I have 2 outdoor cameras, 1 records properly, and 1 is set to record video but only takes a photo. I do have the proper subscription to record events. This seems to be a problem that many people have, so why not post the instructions for fixing it online?

Re: Roku outdoor camera is not recording, but it takes photos
My email at end of 14 day trial said it was $3.99 a month per camera, are you paying for 1 or 2 doorbell camers ?
