Hello,
I ordered a Roku doorbell from Roku over a month ago. It still hasn't even shipped according to the tracker Roku sent me. Customer support hasn't answered any emails that I've sent, and their phone number doesn't have an option to contact about orders. I would like someone to explain why it's taking a month to ship an order that their website claims will arrive in 5-8 days. I'd also like to know why they refuse to answer my emails and have no way to chat or call.

The "Shipment Received Package Acceptance Pending" notification means that the USPS clerks have physically accepted a package but haven't arrived at the sorting facility. This is when the shipper/sender receives the "shipment received package acceptance pending" notification.
It's best to contact USPS directly and inquire further about this delay to address this issue.
